Will Coronavirus Affect FJC Service and Supplies?

With the COVID-19 global pandemic continuing to escalate, we wanted to share with you a brief summary of our response to this crisis. Along with the safety of our employees, customers and community our priority is to ensure that we continue to provide high-quality, uninterrupted service to support our customers and their businesses.

FJC operates from Iredell County in NC.  To date, there have been no confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Iredell County.  To that end, we are open and operating at full, normal production rates although we are continually monitoring local and regional activity and are prepared to take necessary action if need be.  We have taken steps to limit employee travel and are taking in-house precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19 among our staff.

We would like to assure you that we are able to continue supporting our customers and partners effectively as the situation evolves. We do not anticipate any delays to FJC service or stock due to the virus.  As a matter of course, our production and purchasing takes place in 2019 well in advance of the 2020 season.  Of course, if demands exceed forecasted projections, it is possible to have product shortages to the same extent that these shortages are always possible.

If the situation should change, rest assured we are prepared to take rapid, responsible steps to reduce transmission of the Coronavirus while doing our best to maintain the exceptional customer service you have come to expect from FJC.

We appreciate your continued trust in FJC and our ability to support your business during this health crisis.

Stay safe.
