COMPLIANCE

EFFECT

This Agreement will be binding on and enforceable against the parties to this Agreement and their respective successors and assignees. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

FJC may revise these Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting.  Any changes to these Terms will become effective when we post the revised Terms of Use on the Site or App. Thus, you should check the Agreement periodically for changes.  You agree that FJC will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications to the Agreement.   Your use of the Site following these changes implies that you accept the revised Terms of Use.
